Self-contained cottage with kitchen, for 4-5 people
The self-contained cottage, with two floors connected by an internal staircase, comprises two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a large kitchen, terrace, and large outdoor area furnished with table, chairs, and a barbecue. All the rooms are equipped with free WiFi and air conditioning.
Rental of the cottage does not include breakfast, which is reserved for guests without a kitchen.
Double and twin rooms
The rooms directly overlook the garden, where they have a private outdoor area. They are available with twin beds or a double bed, and a third bed can be added. Each room comes with an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, and WiFi.
Two-floor lofts for 4-5 people
The loft comprises two bedrooms: one on the garden level with 2-3 beds, and the other on the first floor with a double bed. They are connected by an internal staircase and each one has its own bathroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and free WiFi.

Additional bed + 10 Euro for children up to 7 years of age, + 20 Euro for older children/teenagers.
Stayng conditions
Check-in: from 11.00 am
Checkout: within 10.30 am, Please communicate anyway your extimated timing arrival. If there are different needs or delays you can call Tommaso or write an email.
Minimun stay: 3 days. But from August 3 to 30 the minimum staying is 5 days. Different solutions could be considered case by case directly with Tommaso.
Breakfast: is served in the common room from 8:30 to 10:30.
Pets: not allowed. We are sorry, but due to logistical reasons we can not accomodate pets.
Payments
Our payment policy is: 20% down payment for booking and the remaining part at your arrival.
Cancellation policy
No charge for cancellations made 15 or more days prior to the date of arrival. Cancelations made less than 15 days prior to the date of arrival will be 100% charged.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The minimum stay is 3 nights. In August, however, the minimum stay is 5 nights. Requests for shorter stays or specific combinations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

PAYMENT METHODS and CANCELLATIONS
For payments, we request a 20% deposit upon booking and the remaining payment on arrival.
Cancellations over 15 days before the date of arrival are free of charge and the advance payment will be refunded. However, if cancellations are made within 15 days of the arrival date, the advance payment will be retained in full.
